The office is so friendly, welcoming and I had one of the best cleaning I have ever had. Dr. Smith was knowledgeable and did a thorough exam and was easy to talk to. The staff here are just so AMAZING in the level of QUALITY WORK that they do here is amazing!!! All their equipment is updated and new, The TECHNIQUES are all up to date, current compared to what I was experiencing at another facility. Normally, people are afraid of their dentist or don't want to go, but i'm telling you, QUEEN CITY FAMILY DENTISTRY is amazing if you're looking for a new dentist. UPDATE: So I have had some work done since my original review, and I just wanted to add that it was a breeze... I was a little nervous at first, but once they numbed me up, they knocked out a crown and two cavities I had. It has been. Six years since the last time I went to a dentist because of my fears. Well, it couldn't have gone any smoother. I didn't feel a thing in, and i'm glad I got a crown rather than pulling my back molar. Now, I can chew on the right side of my mouth, and everything is great ! I'm telling you, it's a great dentist and great staff. Thank you so much, you gals !
