Before new patient appointments, we can send you our new patient paperwork and health history via email so you can fill it out from the comfort of your home. During your cleaning, you can continue to relax, and Dr. Smith will check in with you once your procedure has finished to discuss any concerns you have and perform a detailed examination, including reviewing any X-rays you may require.
At our office, we accept most dental insurance. We will fill out the forms for you and submit them on your behalf, and you are only responsible for paying the balance. If you have dental insurance, we do not charge upfront; we bill the insurance company and collect the copay afterward, so you don’t have to worry about out-of-pocket expenses at the time of your appointment. If finances are an issue, we are happy to work with you to find a payment plan that fits your budget. We also offer CareCredit, which allows you to get the dental care you need with 0% financing.
