Before your new patient appointment, we can send you our new patient paperwork and health history via email, allowing you to fill it out from the comfort of your own home. During your cleaning, you can continue to relax, and Dr. Smith will check in with you once your procedure is finished to discuss any concerns you may have and perform a detailed examination, including reviewing any X-rays that may be required.
At our office, we accept most dental insurance. We will complete the forms for you and submit them on your behalf, and you are only responsible for paying the remaining balance. If you have dental insurance, we don’t charge you upfront; instead, we bill the insurance company and collect the copay afterward, so you don’t have to worry about out-of-pocket expenses at the time of your appointment. If finances are a concern, we are happy to work with you to find a payment plan that suits your budget. We also offer CareCredit, which allows you to get the dental care you need with 0% financing.
